1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Promynt — including our website at https://promynt.adventurr.tech and our Chrome browser extension — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Promynt.

These Terms apply to all users of the Promynt web application and browser extension.

2. About Promynt

Promynt is an AI-powered prompt enhancement service. It helps you improve the prompts you send to AI tools by automatically refining, enhancing, or reengineering your input before you submit it. Promynt operates as:

Promynt currently supports the following third-party AI platforms: ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, Lovable, DeepSeek, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, and Canva.

3. No Affiliation with Third-Party Platforms

Promynt is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with:

  • OpenAI (ChatGPT)
  • Anthropic (Claude)
  • Google (Gemini)
  • Lovable
  • DeepSeek
  • Perplexity AI
  • Microsoft (Copilot)
  • Canva

All third-party platform names, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners. Promynt's compatibility with these platforms does not imply any official partnership or approval.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Promynt. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you must be at least 16 years of age. By using Promynt, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

5. No Account Required

Promynt does not require you to create an account. The service is accessible anonymously. Because no account is created, there is no login, password management, or profile associated with your use.

6. Permitted Use

You may use Promynt for personal, commercial, or professional purposes, subject to these Terms and all applicable laws. Permitted uses include:

  • Improving prompts for creative, coding, writing, email, research, and business tasks.
  • Using the enhanced output in your own work, projects, or communications.
  • Integrating enhanced prompts into third-party AI tools you are otherwise authorized to use.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Promynt to:

  • Submit prompts that contain malware, malicious code, or content designed to exploit or harm others.
  • Generate or enhance content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of Promynt or third-party platforms.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract Promynt's proprietary AI logic, enhancement algorithms, or internal systems.
  • Submit automated or scripted requests in a manner that exceeds our fair-use rate limits or that degrades service for other users.
  • Use the service to violate the terms of service of any third-party AI platform.
  • Collect, scrape, or harvest data from Promynt or use it to build a competing service.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to any user who violates this Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Rate Limits and Fair Use

To ensure a consistent experience for all users, Promynt enforces the following rate limits:

  • Prompt Enhancement: Up to 20 requests per minute per user.
  • Alternative Improvement: Up to 15 requests per minute per user.

9. Prompt Content and AI Processing

When you submit a prompt for enhancement:

  • Your prompt text is transmitted to our servers and processed by our AI backend, which uses Google's Gemini API.
  • Your prompt text is not stored or retained after processing is complete.
  • The enhanced output is returned to you in real time.

You are responsible for the content of the prompts you submit. Do not submit prompts that contain:

  • Sensitive personal information (yours or others'), such as passwords, financial data, government ID numbers, or health information.
  • Confidential business information or trade secrets you are not authorized to share.
  • Content that violates the rights of others (e.g., copyrighted material without authorization, personal data without consent).

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Promynt's Intellectual Property

All aspects of the Promynt service — including but not limited to the website, web application, browser extension, software, source code, AI enhancement logic, user interface, design, text, graphics, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of Promynt and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Promynt solely for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of Promynt.

10.2 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights in the prompts you submit and the enhanced outputs you receive. We do not claim any ownership over your prompt content or the resulting enhanced text.

By submitting prompts to Promynt, you grant us a limited, transient license to process your prompt content solely for the purpose of delivering the enhancement to you. This license expires immediately upon completion of the processing request.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

PROMYNT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Promynt expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or usefulness of any enhanced prompt output.

You use Promynt at your own risk. The enhanced prompts produced by Promynt are AI-generated suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using any output generated by the service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Promynt and its operators, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the service.
  • Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
  • Damages arising from any third-party platform's response to, modification of, or rejection of enhanced prompts.
  • Any matter beyond our reasonable control.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed USD $100.00 or the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Promynt and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your use of the service.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
  • Content you submit through the service.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Promynt integrates with and links to third-party AI platforms and services. These third parties operate independently, and their own terms of service and privacy policies govern your interactions with them.

We are not responsible for:

  • The content, policies, or practices of any third-party platform.
  • Changes to third-party platforms that affect Promynt's compatibility.
  • Any third-party platform's decision to restrict, modify, or terminate compatibility with browser extensions.

15. Service Availability and Modifications

Promynt is provided free of charge. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time, to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service.
  • Introduce pricing, subscription tiers, or access restrictions.
  • Modify these Terms.
  • Restrict access based on geographic region.

We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

16. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website or within the extension. Your continued use of Promynt after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Promynt at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.

You may stop using Promynt at any time by uninstalling the browser extension and ceasing to access the website.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to resolve it through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction in which Promynt operates, as we determine appropriate.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Promynt with respect to the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
